Whereas /co/lette is the mash up of many of /co/'s fetishes/things they like, "OC" Donna Steel is the conglomeration of everything that /co/ hates.
History[]
Her name comes form a corruption of "OC, DO NOT STEAL" (if it wasn't obvious), and she is known to work closely with Douchebag Executive Man to make everyone's lives miserable; it is speculated that she has plans to assume control of his company via extremely hostile takeover at some point in the future.
Powers[]
She has "social justice" bullshit powers that make her seem to be in the right all the time, even when she is clearly not. She also has some kind of hypnosis or pheromone power which educes infatuation in others. On top of that she probably has enhanced durability and stamina.
The only known hero that is totally immune to her powers is Sanguianna, and that's only due to her being just as self absorbed.
